The teams back in Austria

Like the years before this summer season countless top-teams of the highest leagues spend their training camps in Salzburg & Tyrol again (Check out the fitting news articles). But also in other Austrian counties camps for some well-known teams take place. The well-developed infrastructure and perfect training possibilities create splendid conditions for successful and professional training camps. And some exciting test matches are coming up too.

Like last year AC Sparta Prague spends their training time at Bad Kleinkirchheim at Carinthia. From the 3^rd of July until the 14^th the Czech club it going to do the preparations for the upcoming season. Three friendly matches are on the schedule up to now. Against HNK Rijeka on the 6^th of July, against Wolfsberger AC on the 9^th of July at Wolfsberg and against Paksi FC on the 13^th of July at Völkermarkt.

After doing their training camp at Seelfeld last year, Southampton decided for Carinthia this season. The premier league club trains form mid of July for one week at the Wörthersee. During this time games are played against RB Leipzig on the 16^th of July at Wolfsberg and against SK Austria Klagenfurt on the 18^th of July at Klagenfurt.

The stunner in season 2022 is definitely the AC Milan, who also trains in Carinthia in the End of July. A test match is of course also on the agenda. The historic Italian club meets Wolfsberger AC on the 27^th of July.

On the 4^th of July one of the absolute top clubs we are allowed to welcome this year, moves into their quarters near Wiener Neustadt. For one week the Celtic F.C. attends a training camp in Austria. The team from Glasgow plays a friendly match against SK Rapid Wien on the 9^th of July in the Allianz Stadium Vienna.

Al Sadd SC from Qatar also comes to Lower Austria. The team spends around 2 weeks at Vösendorf from the 4t of July on. A test match against ASK-BSC Bruck/Leitha takes place on the 11^th of July and one against Haladás on the 16^th of July.
Moreover Al Wahhda FC from the Emirates resides at Vösendorf from the end of July until the mid of August.

At Schladming/Styria a 10 day training camp for Betis Sevilla starts on the 6^th of July. The winner of the Copa del Rey from this year ends their time in Austria with a game against SV Grödig on the 16^th of July.
